A group of medical consultants and professors in the different specialties work at the clinics according to a specific time and schedule for each specialty throughout the week
The patient visits these specialized clinics upon a referral from the patient’s oncology consultant
The oncology consultant’s secretary books an appointment for the patient on the system in coordination with the specialized clinic’s secretary, according to the dates on which this clinic is available
For follow-up cases in the specialized clinics, each clinic’s secretary books the next available appointment on the system according to the specialized consultant’s request
All the appointments are recorded with clear handwriting on the patient’s follow-up card
