On the occasion of the Virgin Mary’s celebration season, 57357’s religious institutions outreach unit along with the awareness team visited seven churches in Alexandria (Mariam the lady virgin, martyr Marmina, the saints, the virgin Mariam in Abu keer, the virgin and bishop Bakhomious in Alraml, Marmina Almandara, the martyr St. Guirguis Moharam Bek). They congratulated our Coptic brothers for the feast and gave a presentations about the Hospital and awareness lectures about cancer causes and prevention guidelines, in addition to healthy living habits that should be followed to protect the family from diseases in general and from cancer in particular. The lectures were attended by a large crowd who received answers for their questions about disease prevention. A big number of attendees offered donations in favor of 57357’s children, and arranged for visiting the Hospital and sharing in different donation programs.
It is important to recall that the 57357 Institution firmly believes that prevention is better than cure, that is why within the framework of its CSR, it is committed to spreading awareness among the community about cancer and disease prevention and healthy living guidelines The awareness campaign unit has already released a number of booklets for healthy habits and cancer awareness.
It is noteworthy that the Hospital is receiving visits daily from different religious institutions where charitable people share in supporting our children during their treatment journey. This week the Hospital welcomed the visit of the Coptic ladies association, Smile team, the Lady Virgin church in Tafash, Samalout, the Lady Virgin church in Rediso, the evangelical church in Suhag, the church of Grace in Ismailia, the Virgin Mary and the apostolic church in Helwan, angel Michael family, the virgin Mary in Aldoki, angel Michael church in Sheraton and Farah team who held an entertainment party for our children.
