Health Economics Specialist
Shimaa is a junior health economics specialist at CCHE who completed her Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy at Ain Shams University in 2017. Shimaa has with two years’ experience in pharmaceutical companies and market access. Shimaa is currently working on applying time-driven activity-based costing (TDABC) for the healthcare processes inside CCHE and adopting the 57357 Costing Model, which combined traditional costing and TDABC. Shimaa is implementing activity-based costing as a part of the Value-based Healthcare project which aims to promote value of services for children with cancer.
