Biomedical Engineering Mid-Year
Overview
Training of biomedical engineering students will allow them to know the role of biomedical engineer in a hospital as a clinical engineer and upgrades their practical experience by over-viewing latest technology of medical systems. It gives the student a firm grounding in hospital operations, protocols, and ethics.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the training participants will be able to:
- Using a knowledge base with a core foundation in engineering and biology.
- Apply their skills to a variety of challenges in their chosen field.
- Demonstrate skills such as innovation, creativity, adaptability, and critical thinking to solve problems in biomedical industry, academia, and consulting.
- Demonstrate leadership in this field, and make decisions that are socially and ethically responsible.
- Function effectively in multidisciplinary team environments.
