Within the framework of Hospital 57357’s engagement in the exchange of experiences to prepare and train healthcare professionals capable of offering highest standards of care, a delegation of 57357’s continuous education and development administration headed by Prof. Dr. Manal Zamzam, head of the administration, visited the college of AHST, MUST.
The delegation met with Prof. Dr. Hanan Gwaifel, the college dean, Prof. Dr. Sahar Hassan, the college vice dean and Prof. Dr. Hesham Abdel Ghafar, head of Management Technology and Health Informatics Program, to discuss the preparatory procedures of the prospective cooperation protocol between the college and the administration. This protocol stipulates the offering of specialized training programs in different specialties such as health informatics, labs and intensive care. These programs will help students and graduates to get acquainted with the practical application stage in preparation for the job market. They aim to maximize the benefits for the trainees through field visits to get acquainted with accreditation standards in the Hospital’s different departments.
At the end of the visit a painting by one of the Hospital’s children was offered to Dr. Gwaifel as a gift.
The prospective cooperation reflects the Hospital’s commitment to create long term scientific partnerships with different educational institutions and exchange experiences to contribute to preparing qualified cadres with the ultimate goal of raising the level of healthcare provided to patients.
