The development of high-throughput technologies revealed a huge volume of biomolecules from different functional levels in the cell, leading to omics’ emergence. To see the harmony of the different layers of omics that express the big picture of the biological system, the omics layers must be integrated. Therefore, this workshop is designed to keep pace with developments in multi-omics research using powerful and open-source tools. Relying on providing learners with the necessary scientific backgrounds and facilitating the obstacles of using tools towards implementing multi-omics data-driven integration.

By the end of this training/course participants will be able to:
Applying dimensionality reduction techniques using supervised (DIABLO) and unsupervised (MOFA) models with the aim of integrating high-throughput biological datasets.
Installing both DIABLO and MOFA and solving the common obstacles encountered during the installation process.
Preparing inputs containing high-throughput data from the omics layers.
Training the models on the data, then visualizing and interpreting the results.
