Sharing 57357’s experiences in healthcare-related fields
In support of cooperation with African countries in the field of healthcare and affirming Egypt’s leading role as a regional center for healthcare, the Hospital participates in the third edition of the conference and the African medical exhibition “Africa Health ExCon”, under the slogan “your gateway to innovation and commerce.”
The conference is held in attendance of and under the patronage of President Elsisi during the period from June 3rd to June 6th in the Almanara Center for International Conferences. It is considered a significant chance to present experiences and contributions to support the medical sector on the level of Africa and enhance investment opportunities with all the African countries.
During the conference, Hospital 57357 organized a scientific day, presenting a complete vision of the hospital and its services. These, namely surplus medical services, generate revenue other than donations to ensure the sustainability of resources by offering the adult population the latest equipment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services for a reasonable price, such as cyberknife services.
According to Dr. Ahmed Elsherbiny, head of external affairs, 57357’s continuous education and development department, the Hospital is presenting its experiences in the field of education, training, research, and partnership opportunities with Africa in carrying out joint research work in line with Egyptian systems and regulations, in the field of translational research which moves lab research into clinical practice.
During the conference, several African doctors will share their training experience in Hospital 57357 and its effect in improving their medical skills and positively impacting their work environment.
The Hospital also participates in presenting its experiences in offering consultations in the field of engineering design for medical facilities, medical engineering, administration, and quality. It also provides training programs for those interested from all African regions.
57357 was always keen to support cooperation initiatives with Africa by offering many educational and training programs to prepare a generation of healthcare specialists, doctors, pharmacists, and nurses, in addition to receiving and treating some medical cases from Africa. These initiatives were implemented in coordination with the Egyptian Ministry of External Affairs through the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development.
This conference is considered the largest health event in Africa and an opportunity for companies operating in healthcare services to invest in Africa to achieve sustainable development goals, which affirms Egypt’s leading role in the field of healthcare and its capabilities in providing high-quality medical services for patients from all parts of Africa.
