Potential collaboration to benefit from 57357’s experience in the fields of clinical pharmacy and quality healthcare training
Dr. Gamal Sami, Governor of Alfayoum: 57357 is a marvel and a pride to all Egyptians. As a physician, I appreciate the efforts exerted in this project
Hospital 57357 welcomed the visit of Dr. Gamal Sami, Governor of Alfayoum, at the head of a delegation from the governorate’s public and representatives of the different community sectors. The guests were welcomed by the Hospital’s General Manager and Executive Director of 57357 Group and some members of the Hospital Management.
Dr. Sami expressed his delight with the visit with the following words: as an Egyptian, physician and a State responsible, I am rejoicing over this visit. 57357 is not just a medical treatment center, but an example for successful management, as sound management is the base of successful projects. While wishing you more success, I hope if all of Egypt’s hospitals would follow 57357’s steps in management, administration and commitment to charity and social responsibility, he added.
The visit included coordination for prospect collaboration within a protocol that will comprise taking advantage of 57357’s experience in the fields of clinical pharmacy and infection control and training healthcare cadres including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists of Alfayoum Tumor Center. The protocol is expected to also include establishing clinical pharmacy in one of the governorate’s hospitals and training its pharmacists.
As expected from kind-hearted people who would always offer support to our children despite the difficult circumstances they might be experiencing, the governor provided a generous donation to contribute to 57357’s children’s treatment journey. Moreover, the governor promised to provide more support for the Hospital and its expansion project, through the Governorate’s businessmen who joined the visiting delegation.
During the visit, the governor asked the visiting delegation members to transmit what they have experienced during the visit to the people of Alfayoum, telling them about the Hospital’s mission, vision, achievements and services and inviting them to support the dedicated efforts behind the great Hospital.
The Hospital offered two scholarships for the quality healthcare and patient safety training programs, aiming to transfer 57357’s experience to all of Alfayoum governorate hospitals. The scholarships will be funded by the Association of Friends of the National Cancer-free Initiative, AFNCI. At the end of the visit, the delegation provided the governorate’s armor to the Hospital, and toured the different departments.
Our gratitude to Alfayoum governor and the accompanying delegation for their kind visit and support to our children.
