Egypt’s churches, our charity partners supporting our children’s healing journey, are visiting the Hospital daily and on every occasion to encourage our children during their treatment journey. This week we welcomed visits of delegations of churches youth accompanied by their religious leaders.
From Wadi Alnatroun, we welcomed father Besada from Bishop Beshoy Monastery accompanied by a group of the monastery’s youth and they offered a generous donation. From Samalout we welcomed a delegation from Martyr St. Guirguis Church who gave a money donation while ten of them made a blood donation. The youth of Abu Seifain Church visited the Hospital and held prayers for our children’s healing, and offered gifts to the patients. From Shobra we welcomed a delegation from the Virgin and Martyr Demiana Church who gave gifts to the children and offered donations to contribute to their healing journey. From Asiout we welcomed a delegation from the First Messenger Church who presented a generous donation. From Alsalam City we welcomed a delegation from the Virgin Mary and Bishop Shenouda Church who came with a donation and gifts to our children.
Awareness campaigns by “home without cancer” team in cooperation with 57357 Foundation’s religious institutions outreach unit :
The “home without cancer” awareness team visited Virgin Mary and Martyr Mar Guirguis Church in Alsuez road and Mar Guirguis Church in Alwaraq where they gave awareness lectures about cancer causes and means of prevention. The team provided answers for the attendees’ questions and inquiries.
It is noteworthy that the religious institutions outreach unit in cooperation with 57357’s awareness team organize awareness campaigns in churches in line with the 57357 Institution commitment to spread awareness among Egyptians about disease prevention and healthy living guidelines.
