Hospital 57357 welcomed a group of students of fifth grade pharmacy faculty, Alfayoum University for a visit to the Hospital’s clinical pharmacy, to see the latest equipment and techniques. The visit falls within a cooperation agreement signed three years ago between the Hospital and the pharmacy faculty. According to the agreement, the faculty students, especially those in the final year, can visit the Hospital to see how work is actually carried out in the pharmacy department.
The visit included a detailed tour of 57357’s clinical pharmacy. The pharmacy team provided detailed explanations of operation stages and answers for students’ questions. The students also visited other Hospital sections such as the day care and the art therapy workshop.
Some of the students commented about the visit saying; it was useful to get acquainted with the latest techniques used in clinical pharmacy and the operation systems that enable accurate and quick performance at the same time. We would like to thank the pharmacy team for the detailed explanation of the operation stages, and we invite all of our cohort students to come and benefit from all the provided information, they added.
At the end of the visit, the students offered a generous donation to contribute to 57357’s children’s treatment.
