Protocol Development and Monitoring Section Head
Biography:
- Elkhateeb is the Clinical Research Protocol Development and Monitoring Section Head at the Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt 57357 (CCHE-57357). She was graduated from Faculty of Pharmacy, Helwan University-2007 Alumni. She obtained a Healthcare and hospitals management diploma, American University in Cairo and a master’s degree in Hospital management Arab academy of science, technology and maritime transport. Elkhateeb is leading a team of 30 pharmacists in protocol development and monitoring Section.
- She is the learning and development coordinator for the research department.
- She initiated and developed a framework for hiring and training inside the treatment protocols monitoring and development section.
- She initiated and developed a system for improving the quality of clinical documentation written by the physicians in coordination with the medical informatics team.
- Elkhateeb shared in the process of updating the hospital information system (Cerner) regarding the part of treatment protocols. She has several publications and conference presentations in the field of pediatric neuro-oncology.
