Hadeer is a senior Health-Economics specialist at Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt (57357) and holds a Master’s degree in Health-Economics. Hadeer graduated from the faculty of pharmacy and has a clinical pharmacy diploma.
She has worked as a visiting researcher at the Center for Health Economics and policy of Washington University’s Institute for Public Health in St. Louis, USA. She was a member of the research team working on Transforming Healthcare in Missouri (THM6): Policy and Community Strategies to Improve Outcome for Diabetes and Obesity. In addition, she worked in an innovation program for RISE (Research institute of Sweden) that enables her to work with a multi-disciplinary team, mentors, other relevant Experts, and Stakeholders from Egypt, Sweden, and EIT Health. She is also certified by the American Board of nutrition support and she worked as a clinical nutritionist for five years. She has an experience as a Clinical Pharmacist at National Cancer Institute Egypt-NCI as well.
Besides her work at national and international organizations, Hadeer has worked on community-based projects for Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab Middle East and North Africa (J-PAL MENA) in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Also, she has participated in the national initiative ” Be an ambassador” which has been launched by the Egyptian Ministry of Planning and Economic Development in cooperation with NIGSD, the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development.” to achieve the Egyptian vision 2030 and the SDGs.
