Hospital 57357 welcomed a delegation from St.Paul’s School “Freres School” in Shobra, headed by Mr. Hani Wadea Ghabour, the School president alongwith the writer Fatema Naout, Ms. Nagwa Zaki, General Manager of Road Elfarag Educational Administration, Ms. Azza Ibrahim, Director of Private Education, Road Elfarag’s Educational Administration and a group of the school students and employees. The delegation aimed to visit our children and share with them the celebrations of Christmas and the new year. An entertaining event was held where students presented shows and offered children gifts that delighted them.
The visit and celebration were organized through the outreach to schools department at the 57357 Foundation. The school’s delegation members expressed their happiness to offer moral support to our children and to share special joyful moments with them. After the event, the delegation toured the Hospital’s sections, then gave a generous ongoing sadaka “sadaka gareya” donation to participate in the charity trust in the name of Egypt’s school students.
A group of St. Paul’s students presented a song that they composed for 57357’s children where words were full of hope and optimism, and which they recorded in a video to inspire the little heroes. The lyrics go as follows: I am coming to you from tomorrow, and I can tell you that tomorrow will be better, you will forget all your concerns, just be patient, you tender hearted will survive, connect your dreams to mine and share in singing with me, why would you be worried, smile as your sickness will come to an end, let your pains make you stronger, stay firm and move forward to overcome the enemy; soon, you will shine, triumph, and be a hero.
At the end of the visit a certificate of appreciation was offered by the school to Hospital 57357, in gratitude for its humanitarian role towards children with cancer. The certificate was presented to the 57357 group CEO. The school headmaster commented their visit saying: “we wanted to stand by 57357 during the crisis they are going through and to offer children moral support during the New Year celebrations.
Our gratitude to St.Paul’s School for supporting 57357’s children.
