Hospital 57357 received a Novotel Hotel delegation including Mr. Abdel Latif Gebril, General Manager of Novotel Alborg, Mr. Usama Masoud, General Manager of Novotel 6th of October, Ms. Dina Sultan, head of public relations and corporate social responsibility, accompanied by Mr. Haytham Motaleb, the HR General Director of Accor Live Limitless Co.
During the visit, they received a presentation about Hospital 57357’s journey and developments, and discussed how to increase cooperation with the desire to offer more support to 57357’s children. They toured the Hospital’s different sections including the daycare, the art therapy workshop where they shared our children the drawing activities, and spent a good time chatting and playing with them. They also visited the Cyberknife, the latest radiotherapy technology, and were impressed by the advanced level of technology provided by the Hospital. At the end of the visit the two Novotel Hotels offered a generous donation of nutritional products in favor of the Hospital’s children.
It is noteworthy that Novotel 6th of October Hotel held a blood donation drive in coordination with the Association of Friends of the National Cancer-free Initiative, AFNCI’s blood donor affairs department, during the current month of July, in the hotel premises in favor of Hospital 57357’s children. A large number of employees rushed to give blood along with Mr. Masoud, the Hotel’s GM. The drive resulted in a large number of blood bags that will contribute to meeting part of the Hospital’s needs of blood. Another blood donation drive was being coordinated, in Novotel Alburg Hotel, on July 19th.
