Great joy and happiness prevailed in Hospital 57357 for the success of 28 students of the Hospital’s patients who took their high school certificate exams with its scientific and literary divisions for the school year 2022-2023. God rewarded our students with great passing results for their effort and determination while fighting cancer disease:
Student Rawan Ahmed from Algharbeya ranked first for math division with 93.78%, while the hero Ahmed Abdel Razek from Alkalyoubeya ranked first for science division with 92.44%. In general, for the science division(including math and science) their scores ranged between 93.78% and 84.39% and they came from the governorates of Cairo, Algharbeya, Alsharkeya, Giza, Suhag and Almenoufeya. For the literary division, the hero Farid Shehata from Alsharkeya was ranked first with 76.59%. The scores of 15 literary division students ranged between 76.59% and 60%, and they came from the governorates of Alsharkeya, Elmenya, Elmenoufeya, Alkalyoubeya, Algharbeya, Giza, Cairo, kafr Elsheikh and Alexandria.
It is noteworthy that Hospital 57357 is committed to safeguarding the future of its sick children by enabling them to pursue their school education during their long stays at the hospital. In this context, the Hospital established an in-house school which started activities in 2008 to teach patients/students of all school levels and classes. This would not have been possible without the generous contribution of Egypt Modern School 2000, EMS2000, who offered to pay their teachers to come and teach at the Hospital school to patients/ students of all schooling levels: elementary, preparatory and high school. Exams are held in the Hospital in special set-ups in cooperation with the Ministry of Education. Through the efforts and coordination of the 57357 Foundation’s “outreach to schools” department, school graduates are offered scholarships in different universities.
Behind the happiness of 57357’s students who successfully passed the high school certificate exam, there are kind hearted supporters and charity partners.
Our congratulations to all who passed successfully their high school certificate exams, with our earnest wishes for complete recovery, God willing.
