Hospital 57357 received Major General Abu Bakr Al-Jundi, the former Minister of Local Development and former head of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics. He toured the hospital’s departments and was impressed by what he saw of the remarkable progress in scientific research and the modern technologies used in  medical care of sick children. He also expressed particular admiration for the research and development efforts exerted in the hospital, as well as praising the high capabilities in diagnosis and treatment.

Al-Jundi also reviewed the efforts made in collecting precise statistical data, which is analyzed to extract important results used in research laboratories, and the cooperation with similar medical institutes in developed countries.

At the end of the visit, he expressed his thanks to all the hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrators, and everyone who supports this medical institution. He also expressed his intention to visit the hospital again during the holy month of Ramadan, calling on everyone to support the hospital and visit it to provide assistance to the sick children.
