Imaging-based Systems Biology Laboratory

Ola Sabet is an Imaging Scientist, an acting Group Lead of the Imaging-based Systems Biology lab at the Children Cancer Hospital Egypt 57357 (CCHE 57357) and a Senior Research Scientist at the Children Hospital of Zürich (KISPI). Dr. Sabet received her PhD in Systems Biology from the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Physiology in Germany, and then she did a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Zürich. Ola has extensive knowledge in optical imaging and image analysis and her work bridges the nanoscale and the macroscale. Through increasing community engagement, she plans to direct collaborative efforts towards adopting and disseminating imaging in Africa, to catalyse regional biomedical research.
