Program Overview
This course focuses on developing the clinical instructor’s skills through understanding different teaching methods & applying appropriate techniques.
During this course, participants will go through below topics:-
- Adult learning.
- Needs assessment.
- Learning objectives.
- Instructional methods / teaching tools.
- Evaluation tool / methods.
- Preparing the evaluation.
- Class presentation.
Target Audience
Nursing Clinical Instructors or any BSN interested in becoming a clinical instructor.
Pre-requisite
Good command of English language.
