Lean six sigma yellow belt
Overview
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification will be aimed at those new to the world of Six Sigma who have a small role, interest, or need to develop foundational knowledge. Yellow Belts can be entry-level employees who seek to improve their world or executive champions who require an overview of Six Sigma and DMAIC. They generally operate on project teams supporting Green belt and Black Belts in their project delivering.
Objectives
By the end of this course, Participant will be able to:
1- Understand What is six sigma and the history of it
2- Explore the application of six sigma in different fields.
3- Learn about the lean concepts in healthcare
4- Familiarize with essential basics of six sigma and how to approach the problem.
5- Learn about a process and what is critical to quality?
6- Able to select the right projects.
7- Understand the basics of six sigma team management
8- Explore Introduction to DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control)
