The student Sami Fawzi is one of the top-performing students at German schools in the Republic and has earned a scholarship to continue his studies in Germany. In a humanitarian gesture, Fawzi sold his German textbooks and donated the proceeds as ongoing charity to support the development of the emergency unit at Hospital 57357.
Fawzi did not stop there; he also sought to expand the circle of kindness by inviting his schoolmates to participate in charitable acts. He publicized the initiative on his social media page, including WhatsApp groups for students and parents, as well as his Instagram account, to raise awareness about the importance of donating and encourage others to support 57357’s children.
In a heartfelt message on his Instagram account, Fawzi emphasized that donating to hospitals and medical projects, such as Hospital 57357, is a societal responsibility aimed at providing life-saving healthcare, improving the quality of life for children with cancer. Moreover, collective efforts in charitable work benefit not only the direct beneficiaries but also contribute to building a healthier and more resilient society for future generations.
Through his initiative, he demonstrated that excellence is always coupled with humanity. His noble endeavor reflected the encouragement of compassion, empathy, and philanthropy, making him a role model for all students. This is what we have come to expect from all Egyptian students who, since the hospital’s establishment, have provided the greatest support and donations. Their support for their brothers and sisters at the Children’s Cancer Hospital 57357 continues to this day.
