To affirm its leadership in nursing training, and to improve healthcare in Egypt, Hospital 57357 signed cooperation protocols with 8 nursing faculties in the universities of Suez Canal, Egypt, Almansoura, Almenoufeya, south valley, Damanhour, Helwan and 6th of October. The protocols were signed in attendance of the executive director of 57357 group and the Hospital’s general manager, head of the Hospital’s nursing, her deputy and deans of faculties.
During his speech, the Hospital’s general manager stressed that healthcare professionals should always pursue to gain knowledge, to follow up on the latest scientific findings and innovations and to adopt latest health informatics systems to maintain real time accurate information about patients. He shares that in 57357, we are always pursuing to raise survival rates and are presently increasing the bone marrow transplantation rooms from 9 to 27 rooms and we are relying on research to improve treatment protocols. The Hospital is always ready to offer its expertise and to cooperate with nursing faculties to raise the level of nursing qualifications within the health system in general.
It is noteworthy that the cooperation includes training residency year students in 57357 where they get to rotate across the Hospital’s departments as the training includes practicum under the supervision of 57357’s nursing trainers and the follow up of their faculties. Each student receives monthly evaluation and follow up by the faculty dean. After graduation they become 57357 agents who transfer the experiences they received to the hospitals and centers they work for.
In cooperation with the continuous education administration, the head of programs marketing presented specialized training programs that nurses can join in 57357, such as training on oncology nursing, ICU nursing and clinical nutrition nursing, since nursing is an important part of the healthcare system. Hospital 57357 is also engaged in offering international training programs to equip cadres with advanced skills.
