Affirming its leadership role in Nursing training, Hospital 57357 celebrated the signing of cooperation protocols with nursing faculties of different universities: Damanhour, Helwan, 6th of October, Al Menoufia, Misr university, Banha, Damietta, Kafr El Sheikh, Bani Souef,
Present at the signing ceremony were Dr. Wael Eweida, COO on behalf of the hospital’s CEO, Nursing Head and her deputy, head of nursing training, deans of nursing faculties and a group of nursing students/ trainees.
Dr. Eweida stressed that the 57357 institution is committed to contributing to the improvement of the medical care operation in Egypt and as such is enthusiastic to share its experience in the nursing field and collaborate with nursing faculties across Egypt.
The cooperation protocol stipulates the training of nurse interns in different hospital sections including clinical practice under the supervision of 57357’s nursing trainers and the follow up of their faculties. An assessment of their performance is carried out on a monthly basis till they complete the training.
In collaboration with 57357’s continuous education department, the attendees were informed of the different specific courses that would attract nurses to join at 57357 such as oncology nursing, intensive care nursing and clinical nutrition
