57357 Patient Experience Program
Patient Experience is the sum of all interactions shaped by an organization’s culture, and that culture influences patients’ perceptions across the continuum of care (Beryl Institute). CCHE is committed to a healthy, engaged workforce by building capacity for effective partnerships with patients & their families. Guided by the mission, vision, values, and strategic directions of the Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt, improved patient experience is a priority and a responsibility shared by everyone at the CCHE. As such, the requirement to continuously partner with patients and their families, providers and staff on quality, safety, and improvements is inherent in all aspects of services in CCHE.
PX department Objectives
Patient experience staff will provide resources and data analytics that identify patient and family preferences through patient feedback tools such as assessments , surveys and complaints , continuously support staff and patient to deliver the best patient centred care aiming to improve the quality of service through implementing initiatives across all hospital departments.
